TruMarkZ
A B2B verification platform: run identity checks on hundreds of people at once, and issue certificates for products.

- 2Things verified: people and products
- 5Check types, each priced
- App + brandDesigned together
Context
Organisations use TruMarkZ to run background and identity checks on employees, gig workers, agents and students, and to issue blockchain-backed certificates for products. I was brought in to redesign the first version of the mobile app and to create the brand from scratch.
The problem
As an operations or HR lead, I need to verify hundreds of people or products quickly, know exactly what each check costs, and share proof that others can trust, without chasing paperwork.
Bulk upload, consent and live status tracking are table stakes in this market, so the app had to do all three well on a phone. The harder parts were being honest about price before a client commits, and turning a finished check into something that can actually be shown to someone else.
Goals
- Make bulk verification effortless: turn a spreadsheet of hundreds of records into a running batch in a few guided steps.
- Make cost and status transparent: show the price of every check up front, and the live progress of every batch.
- Make trust visible: give every verified person or product a credential and a registry entry.
What I designed
Batch verification
Choose human or product verification and run hundreds of checks as a single batch, tracked to completion.
Configurable checks
Identity, address, criminal record, education and employment, each marked auto or manual and shown with its price.
Consent and permissions
Publish results to the public registry, or ask the person for consent over WhatsApp or email first.
Shareable credentials
Every result becomes a visual credential with a QR code, backed by a searchable public registry.
The brand
Verify. Trust. Transform. The identity was built from scratch alongside the app, because a new name has to earn credibility in a market with established verification companies, and the product itself is the proof.
Every section, in order.
