Context

Beyond listings, built for the entire deal. PropertySerch is pitched as an operating system for real estate transactions rather than another property portal: verified properties, legal facilitation, financing and closure, all tracked in one place.

The problem

Listing portals stop at the listing. Everything that actually closes a deal, the site visits, the legal facilitation, the financing and the tracking, happens somewhere else, and contact leaks off the platform along the way. If every conversation has to run through the product, the product has to be worth staying inside.

Approach

  • Read the platform vision and listed what users need from it.
  • Audited four leading property portals, page by page.
  • Mapped a 100+ screen platform before drawing a single pixel.

What I designed

  • Verified listings

Curated properties with verified details, verified users, secure contact and end-to-end tracking.

  • New launches

RERA-registered residences with construction progress you can follow in real time, direct from the builder.

  • Special situations

Bank auction, NBFC and ARC deals, each with an investment score and clear risk indicators, limited to verified brokers, NRI and HNI users.

  • Institutional deals

Buying and selling schools, colleges and universities confidentially, through a nine-stage, NDA-gated process.

  • Financing in the flow

Home and commercial loans with an eligibility check, so money is part of the search rather than a separate errand.

  • Broker CRM

A partner side of the product, so brokers can be managed rather than worked around.

Outcome

Fifteen web pages and thirteen mobile screens, designed end to end and handed to developers as a responsive web app and a PWA.

TruMarkZ

Product & Brand Designer

A B2B platform for running identity and background checks in bulk, and for issuing blockchain-backed certificates for products. I redesigned the first version of the mobile app and built the brand identity from scratch, around making a batch, what it costs and how far along it is all visible at a glance.

A social platform where professionals learn, share and connect through blogs, byte-sized content and discussions. I designed a clutter-free feed, credibility-first profiles and swipe-based job matching, so time spent on the app turns into professional growth rather than mindless scrolling.
